Throughout his academic and professional career, Attorney Pozo Torres has built a solid foundation in several areas of law, including bankruptcy and immigration. His experience includes work at the Legal Aid Clinic of the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, where he focused on mortgage foreclosure and criminal law cases, demonstrating exceptional skills in legal research, drafting, and the management of complex matters.

He has also contributed to the community through pro bono initiatives, such as the Proyecto de Integración Comunitaria y Empoderamiento Legal (PINCEL), where he provided guidance to ASSMCA participants on the process of expunging criminal records. In addition, he collaborated with Proyecto FENIX, an initiative aimed at empowering formerly incarcerated individuals to develop their own businesses, where he offered support in accounting, marketing, and business management.

In the professional sphere, Attorney Pozo Torres has worked as an Intake Attorney at Teruya & Sterling, where he led legal investigations and drafted contractual documents. He has also gained administrative experience in institutions such as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Collins Aerospace, developing skills in audits, data management, and customer service.
