These aggressive measures must include the implementation of a strategic plan with goals, objectives, responsible persons, and a timeline for completing the tasks. The strategic plan must also have measurement mechanisms in place to analyze its effectiveness.

 

If, after implementing the strategic plan, the company is still in a financial crisis, more demanding measures must be implemented, such as those that may affect employees. As mentioned above, the criteria of Law 80 on unjustified dismissal must be strictly followed when dismissing personnel for financial reasons. Failure to comply with Law 80 can aggravate and even collapse reorganization efforts.
